- Minimum production timeline is 30 days from design approval
- Rush orders may incur additional fees
- A team member will respond within 1–2 business days
- Please provide as much detail as possible for accurate quoting

Inquiry Terms
General Terms
By submitting this inquiry, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
- This is an inquiry only and does not constitute a binding order
- All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue
- Pricing is subject to change based on final specifications
- Minimum order quantities may apply depending on product type
- Custom orders are non-refundable once production begins

We will respond to your inquiry within 1–2 business days via your preferred contact method. Please ensure all contact information is accurate.
Design Ownership & Legal
Design Rights
You confirm that you have the legal right to use any designs, logos, or artwork submitted:
- You own the copyright or have obtained proper licensing
- Designs do not infringe on any trademarks or copyrights
- You will not submit designs containing hate speech or offensive content
- Godfidence Apparel reserves the right to refuse any design
Liability
You agree to indemnify and hold Godfidence Apparel harmless from any claims arising from the use of your submitted designs or content.
File Quality Standards
Accepted File Formats
For best results, please provide files in the following formats:
- Vector files: AI, EPS, PDF, SVG (preferred for logos and graphics)
- Raster files: PNG, PSD, TIFF (minimum 300 DPI at print size)
- JPEG files are acceptable but may require recreation for optimal quality
Quality Requirements
- All text must be outlined or fonts provided
- Colors should be specified in Pantone or CMYK
- Low-resolution files may incur additional design fees
- We may request higher quality files before production
Production & Payment
Production Timeline
- Standard production: 30 days minimum from design approval
- Rush orders available with additional fees (subject to availability)
- Timeline begins after final approval and deposit payment
- Delays may occur due to material availability or unforeseen circumstances
Payment Terms
- 50% deposit required to begin production
- Remaining balance due before shipment
- Accepted payment methods will be provided in quote
- Late payments may delay production and shipment
Changes & Cancellations
Changes to approved designs may incur additional fees and extend production time. Cancellations after production begins are subject to fees up to 100% of order value.
