Godfidence Apparel operates under a made-to-order drop-shipping production model. All products are individually manufactured only after an order has been successfully placed and processed. This production method allows for reduced inventory surplus, minimized waste, and intentional fulfillment practices.

Due to the nature of this production process, fulfillment and delivery timelines may vary from standard retail expectations and are not guaranteed within fixed timeframes. Additionally, minor variations in color, print placement, sizing, or texture may occur as a result of individualized production and shall not be considered defects.

By placing an order with Godfidence Apparel, customers acknowledge and accept these production characteristics. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we continue to prioritize quality, sustainability, and responsible manufacturing practices.

Return Policy

Returns, Exchanges & Damaged Items Policy


Due to the made-to-order nature of our production process, Godfidence Apparel does not accept returns or exchanges for reasons including, but not limited to:


Non-Acceptable Reasons for Returns or Exchanges


The following circumstances do not qualify for returns, refunds, or exchanges:

  • Incorrect sizing or fit issues
  • Change of preference or buyer’s remorse
  • Dissatisfaction with color, texture, or print placement variations
  • Minor variations resulting from the print-on-demand process
  • Differences in color appearance due to screen or lighting variations
  • Normal wear and tear or damage caused after delivery
  • Items purchased during promotions or marked as final sale


Each item is produced individually, and slight variations are considered a normal and inherent part of the manufacturing process.

Damaged or Defective Items


If an item arrives damaged or contains a verified manufacturing defect, customers must notify Godfidence Apparel within seven (14) calendar days of confirmed delivery.


Reporting a Damaged or Defective Item


To initiate a claim, customers must:

  1. Contact our support team within 14 days of delivery
  2. Provide clear photographic evidence of:The damaged or defective area(s)The full itemOriginal packaging (if applicable)
  3. Include the order number and a brief description of the issue


Failure to submit a claim within the stated timeframe or provide adequate documentation may result in claim denial.

Resolution Process


All claims are subject to review and approval by Godfidence Apparel.

If a claim is approved, an appropriate resolution will be determined at the sole discretion of Godfidence Apparel, which may include:

  • A replacement of the item
  • Store credit
  • Another suitable remedy, as deemed appropriate

Refunds are not guaranteed and will only be issued when deemed necessary after review.

Processing & Shipping Policy

Godfidence Apparel fulfills orders through a made-to-order, print-on-demand drop-shipping model in partnership with third-party manufacturing and fulfillment providers, including Tapstitch and Printify. All products are individually produced only after an order has been successfully placed and processed.


Processing Time

Processing time refers to the period required to manufacture, quality-check, and prepare an item for shipment. Processing times vary by product, production method, and fulfillment location.

  • Standard processing time is 3–10 business days.
  • Products fulfilled through international manufacturing partners may require additional processing time.
  • Processing time does not include shipping or transit time.
  • Orders containing multiple items may be processed and fulfilled separately.

Godfidence Apparel does not guarantee processing completion within a fixed timeframe, as production is dependent on third-party fulfillment operations.


Shipping Method & Timeframes

Shipping methods and delivery timeframes vary based on the fulfillment partner, shipping destination, and carrier availability.

  • Orders may be shipped from domestic or international fulfillment facilities.
  • Domestic shipments generally arrive sooner than international shipments.
  • International shipments may be subject to extended transit times due to customs clearance, carrier handling, and international shipping regulations.
  • Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed.

Godfidence Apparel is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.


Tracking Information

Once an order has completed processing and has been shipped, customers will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information, when available.

  • Tracking updates may be delayed or limited for certain international shipments.
  • Tracking accuracy and frequency are dependent on the carrier and shipping method used.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary based on order size, shipping destination, fulfillment location, and shipping method selected.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Customs duties, taxes, or import fees for international orders are the sole responsibility of the customer.
